Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
You can cancel a Subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can cancel your Subscription through our Buyer portal, which is accessible via the link in your Subscription confirmation email. Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request to us.
If you would like to request a refund or exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, it will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Country-Specific Terms
Consumers residing in the EU/EEA and UK
You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement for any reason within 14 days of completing a Transaction in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the relevant Charges you have paid to us, unless during that 14-day period, you started downloading, streaming, using or benefiting from the Product, when during your Transaction you agreed for us to make the Product available for your use before the end of that 14-day period.
